Description

Evergreen shrub grows at a moderate rate to 7' tall. Leaves are dark green, glossy and heart-shaped. Beautiful cup-shaped white flowers, 1.5" wide, age to pink and bloom in late summer to fall. This shrub or small tree accepts full sun. It is native to the Sonoran Desert. It is also related to the cultivated cotton plant. Dark green palmate leaves can be up to 7" long and turn red in the fall. Small berries follow bloom cycle.
