This very cute perennial grows quickly to 6" tall and 15" wide. Blue purple flowers bloom in the spring. Irrigate this plant weekly after it's established, especially during the summer. It prefers full and partial sun, with well draining soil. Leaves are bright green, oval and densely covers this mounding plant. Skullcap attracts bees, birds and butterflies. It can be invasive in some areas; this plant looks great in containers.
