Description

Lupinus sparsiflorus is an annual that reaches 1' tall and wide. It has purple flowers that bloom in late winter to spring. Leaves are palmately compound, with 5-9 leaflets, each to 1.5" long, green. Lupine grows in poor soil as along roadways. This beatiful annual should be irrigated every 3-4 weeks after established, especially during winter.
