Thornbush is a moderate grower to 3'-9' tall and 4'-6' wide. White attractive, bell shaped flowers appear in spring, followed by red oval berries. Branches have spines. Leaves are small, gray green and simple. Desert Thorn prefers full sun and well draining soil. Irrigate this shrub every 2-3 weeks after it's established, epecially during the summer. A beautiful shrub to plant near an entryway or walkway to enjoy the flowers!
