Baccharis X 'Starn' Thompson |
+ Add |
Prostrate Coyote Bush |
This mounding evergreen shrub is effective as a long-lived, low-maintenance shrub when planted in masses. It has very small, leathery green leaves closely set along the stems. The inconspicuous male flowers do not produce messy pappus (seed fluff). Reducing irrigations will maintain size. Not long lived. Watch for spider mites. One of the best groundcovers for hot summers.
