Description

Evergreen shrub grows at a moderate rate to 3' x 4'. Tiny dark green leaves give this plant a fine texture. The flowering period of this plant is quite extended, lasting from fall through spring with clusters of purple flowers. Great for winter color. Accepts full sun, or partial shade. All Daleas require good drainage. Pruning in late spring will encourage dense growth. Native to the Sonoran Desert.

Water Saving Tip:

As the weather gets hotter avoid the temptation to increase run times.

Instead, schedule more start times with one to two hours in between to allow the water from the previous session to soak in before watering again.
