Description

This tall, fast-growing conifer is best used as a screen or windbreak. It is evergreen, has silvery blue foliage, and smooth gray bark. However, this Cypress sheds its bark annually, revealing a smooth, red inner bark. It is highly drought tolerant and can reach 70' at maturity. Leaves have a pleasant fragrance when crushed.

Water Saving Tip:

Different areas of your landscape have different water requirements.

Shrubs need much less water than lawns and drip systems should never be scheduled on the same program with lawns.

Establish separate watering schedules for those areas.
