Description

Evergreen tree grows to 60' tall and 50' wide. Leaves have 7-11 glossy dark green leaflets that are rounded at the tips. There are male and female trees. Nuts appear on the female trees only if there are male trees in the vicinity. It is very drought and heat tolerant but needs good drainage. Insignificant greenish white flowers appear in early summer. This tree is weakly allergenic for some people.

Water Saving Tip:

Even during our hottest months we don't need to water daily.

Give your plants a chance to breathe.

Water late at night or in the early morning hours to avoid losses to wind and evaporation.
