Botanical name:Ruellia brittoniana
A shrubby perennial grows to 3' x 3'. Sometimes with narrow leaves sometimes with wider ones. Blooms spring to fall with 2" purple flowers. Will reseed if moisture is available. Full sun or partial shade. Attracts butterflies.
