Description

Tanglehead is a warm season beautiful grass that has an interesting seedhead. Brown flowers appear in summer and fall. This grass can reach 3' tall and 2' wide. It should be watered weekly after it's established especially during the summer. The pollen may be a weakl allergen for some people. It spreads into cultivated areas so do not plant next to open natural areas.

Water Saving Tip:

Different areas of your landscape have different water requirements.

Shrubs need much less water than lawns and drip systems should never be scheduled on the same program with lawns.

Establish separate watering schedules for those areas.
